Can’t login apple id

I have an Apple ID but I can’t logged in into iCloud because it says that I have opened maximum number of Free accounts on it please allow me at least one more chance

iPhone 6, iOS 12

Unfortunately this cannot be fixed or rectified. You can certainly create a new Apple ID if you need to on a different device, such as your computer, and then sign into that account.
