Hi I received a email from this address charging me $29.99 is it legit as I didn’t order anything

Is this a legitimate email address as Received a bill from them but I haven’t ordered anything and there is a option to refund the money within 42hrs

the email is

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

No, that is not a legitimate Apple email address. It is a phishing attempt. All you have to do is ignore and delete these messages. No harm done if you didn’t provide any private info.
