Just got a new iPhone switched everything over and my Bluetooth will not connect to other devices. I have already tried all of the tips given. how do I fix this problem?

Put the devices into pairing mode.

What exactly is "I have already tried all the tips given?". So that way a user doesn't reply back with a link or troubleshooting steps only to have you tell them you've tried that and it doesn't work.
I turned the phone off and back on again that didn't work. I turned off Bluetooth and turned back on that also didn't work. I have tried multiple devices like my truck, car and head phones. it wont even locate them.
