MacMini with 2 Monitors can have 2 Separate Audio Output?

I'd really appreciate it if someone can help or let me know if it is possible to have two separate monitors of a MacMini to output two audio?

For example, I have Safari on YouTube playing on monitor 1 that has a speaker of its own and another monitor(desktop2) playing Netflix on a separate Safari Window having its own speakers too or maybe connected to a headset.

Is this possible?

I've only seen multiple and aggregate audio output from the audio MIDI setup from utilities and I think it won't work from there.

Any smart ideas?
