Everytime I use the Workout app (multiple times a day), no matter what workout I select, my watch will automatically pause around 11 seconds. Every single time. When I resume it I have no issues the rest of my workout. How do I get this to stop
happening?

i followed someone’s advice by turning it off I think and turning it back on and it surprisingly worked one time. Then right back to 11seconds. Sometimes 10 and a half or so but it’s constant. I have to wait to start my exercises until 11 seconds in. Kinda super annoying

Try unpairing and re-pairing and setup as new, not from a backup.
Try this;
I have tried to force restart and have downloaded the latest software and still have the same issues.
I have the same exact problem. 11 seconds every time. Resume workout and it doesn’t pause at all. If you figure anything out please let me know
