No Two-Factor Authentication on Apple TV 3 Device

I just bought an Apple TV 3 and cannot sign into iTunes it while overseas. I have another Apple TV 3 and signed into it just fine. I when I try signing it is doesn't prompt for a two factor verification on the Apple TV 3 for iTunes.

The 3rd gen has long been since discontinued, and 2FA is optimized for current devices so it won't prompt when using this model. In order to sign in it requires entering the password and code together. However, in order to avoid exceeding the time limit it's best to enter the password, manually request the password and add it to the code.

Yes I did. It is only possible to disable 2FA if it had recently been enabled and it can only be done within the first two weeks. After that time it cannot be disabled. Contacting customer service will not bypass that.

Ultimately you need to follow the exact steps outlined above in order to sign in, since 2FA is optimized for newer software that cannot run on that hardware.
