I can’t now play my selection of music from my phone when I leave the house.I have WiFi in the house .But I can’t play my music outside of WiFi zones

Apple music says I’m “offline” when the rest of my phone is connected Every other app on my phone is connected to wifi perfectly, except for Apple music. It’s very odd because I’m still able to play any music I have in my library (even if it is not downloaded) without any issue. Everything under “Browse”, “Listen Now”, “Radio” and “Search” is inaccessible. I have tried resetting my network settings, reinstalling the app, etc. I recently got a new phone (the one I am having issues with) and Apple music still works fine on my old device, just not this one.

Is this content in the cloud? You would need to download it to the device for offline use, or enable cellular data for music.
