Fastest and easiest way, is to plug the Time Machine backup from you old iMac into your new iMac and Migrate from it during the initial setup.

If you do not have a Time machine backup for your old iMac? You can also Migrating via Ethernet which is slow, but better than Migrating over your Wi-Fi network which will almost always fail.
