Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today. As I understand, your iPhone 7 says "No Service" yet you do have service.
Typically if you see "No Service" you won't be able to make or receive calls or use data on your cellular network. Are you connected to Wi-Fi?
Check out this article: If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad. Try restarting as suggested in the article.
