Just got my magic keyboard - it’s typing but the onscreen keyboard keeps popping up even when I’m using it. Also It’s not showing up in General settings to even adjust the brightness. It’s weird that it works but it’s not showing up anywhere to adjust

Baron, I just wanted to respond because I think I may have misunderstood your advice. I did reset my device several times but just the SOFT reset. When I did the "reset all settings" in the general settings (1st option) that did work! So thanks so much for your help - it was the thing that worked.
Unfortunately I've tried that. Thank you though. So frustrating - I was so excited to get it
