What error message are you getting?
I’m not getting any message just it says that I need an update
The girl made me do that on Friday , but it is still doing the same thing , she said to check with my provider and my provider always switched the SIM card and also didn’t a cellular reset too ..
To be sure, you can install a fresh copy of iOS on your iPhone, performing these steps:
Create a full backup of your iPhone, then restore it to factory settings and, in the end, set it up as new, using this support guide:--> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings – Apple Support
When done, test your device for a while, without restoring data from backup. If everything is okay, you can exclude a hardware issue.
Restore data from your previously made backup:--> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

Always called Apple support last Friday they said there was nothing wrong with my phone , but I think it was the update because when it was updating to the new iOS my phone completely froze for hours
