battery charge cannot pass 80%

I’v got iphone 11 pro max, my phone got 100% before update 13.4.1, but after update the new icon “optimized battery charging” doesn’t work even when I let it on or off.

once I did reset factory, but unfortunately it won’t fix.

I have no battery drain, the health battery in 100%,

but also my charging won’t pass 80%.
