Subscriptions not linking
made a subscription for crunchyroll, it’s not connected to my account, anyway to fix this problem?

Ok so I bought a crunchy roll subscription using iTunes, but it’s now showing that I bought the subscription and whenever I try to buy a new one it cuts me out midway, is there a solution for this problem?
