Apple TV will not load BBC iPlayer content

The problem has come from nowhere - no prior issues.

I have a new router but don't think that's the problem.

I use Apple remote downloaded on to my iPhone but it is not operating either.

What to do please?

Start by restarting the Apple TV and then re-test. Then, if the problem persists re-introduce the old router to see what happens. If it works with the old router then you have narrowed down where the issue is, somewhere in the network.
