Problem with safari not loading video

I have a very strange problem with safari, the main page of youtube opens me but when I click on a video to see it it goes blank.

But if I open another youtube account on safari it loads fine. Only my main account does not load the videos in safaria in other browsers yes.

What could it be? can i restore safari without reinstalling operating system?
