Software Update

Hi,

I have MAC mid 2010 that is currently on High Sierra, not used the MAC for some time and now wanting to update it, but it is not allowing me to do this.... Is it possible that I can update this Mac to the latest software?

Apologies not that great with computers

MacBook Air 11", macOS 10.15
