Apple Watch issue

I recently got a new Apple ID because my old one was hacked so I had to restore my phone back to factory settings. With the phone set to new I realized my Apple Watch was linked to my old Apple ID but I erased my watch content and now I can’t pair my watch to my phone because it’s still under the old Apple ID, help me please.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
