Transfer music without a computer

I'm in the process of changing my iPhone 6 to an iPhone 11 or a new SE,how can I transfer my music from my old phone to my new phone without access to a computer (broken)

If these are iTunes purchased tracks, download them from Apple.

If CD based, you need the original source PC/Mac.
