Speaker noise

Yesterday I got my new MacBook Pro 16. Every time I want to open an application I hear this noise (sometimes during startup) from (I guess) both speakers or when I run a program which iterates over a large list of data (in Python) and does a relatively heavy task I hear noise from speaker. The noise is not that loud but loud enough to make me crazy. Any workaround?
