I got notified yesterday by iCloud email that someone signed into my iCloud account yesterday. When I used to link that was provided, it asked a lot of personal confidential info. It also said I got locked out. Please help. Thank you.

That email was not from Apple. You should immediately follow the instructions listed in: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support
