Apple Watch pause during workout
Why does my watch consistently pause during my walks and workouts? I tighten the band before every workout. It’s very inconsistent, pauses most times.

Are you pushing in the crown by accident?
There is two (2) pause setting
1) Running Auto Pause
2) Press to Pause
Both can be toggled on or off from your iphone
Watch>Workout>scroll down an toggle on or off as needed
