I was charged for a subscription that I cancelled over a month or so ago

I was charged for a subscription that I cancelled over a month or so ago and I got charged.

firstly, it was an unauthorized payment

secondly, it’s for an app that signed me out automatically and I haven’t used in less than a month.

thirdly, it’s for an absurd amount that I never chose.


it’s for the app PicsArt and I want my money back. I don’t want to pay for an app that I don’t use.

Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.


If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.


Purchases problem.      


How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take.
