Your account has been disabled in Apps Store and iTunes

I had recently disputed my credit card due to some unauthorized transactions from Apps Store. I had reset my Apple ID’s password and changed my previous payment method but the same message still there and I was not able to update my apps, please advise.

If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
