iMessage & Facetime

Suddenly I am unable to use my cell phone number for iMessage & Facetime it keeps saying awaiting activation. Any solutions to this issue?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 13

If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support


I also suggest turning off WIFi, restart the device, wait a minute or so, and turn WiFi on again. Then try to activate again.
