My daughter forgot her passcode and her iPhone 6 is saying iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes. I've downloaded iTunes but the phone wont sync. The sync button is greyed out.

It isn't going to sync when it is disabled. You need to follow the instructions in this support document to deal with the disabled device. If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
