Camera settings

On my apps that need to allow camera it doesn’t work but when I go to my settings it doesn’t pop up for me to allow it ? But my camera app still works ?? Does anyone know how to fix this?

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

Make sure you are going to Settings> Privacy> Camera

Camera access I've noticed that now my apps are asking for camera access but when I go to turn it on it isn't showing up as an option I’ve tried to access camera setting in any way I possibly know and even tried going through privacy, photos etc, I powered off my phone, tried reinstalling the apps but nothing seems to be working.

Make sure you are going to Settings> Privacy> Camera
