sure you have a active sim card
It’s my husband’s iPhone 6splus
He took the SIM card out of his android phone that stop working
The broke phone is still on but will not cut on bill is paid
you took the sim card from a phone that stoped working ? Bad idea
But when I called boost mobile they didn’t say nun of that
Yes if I turn my phone off it works for a while then no sims card comes up again
**** that’s crazy but I didn’t think about different phones n sims
