Siri is gone☹️

I have an iPhone 7 with iOS 13.3.1

On my last iPhone I switched off Siri (I had to fill my Apple ID and then it died) and it still doesn’t work

But I can’t even find any setting about Siri to switch it on. I have no idea how to get it back

If you do not see Siri & Search in Settings, check

Settings>Screen Time>Content&Privacy Restrictions>Allowed Apps.... is Siri allowed?

When done, restart your iPhone.
