Unable to use certain letters in on the keyboard. Which makes it very hard to type. How do you fix this? I tried changing settings and also doing a forced restart.

Brand new as in came in a shrink wrapped, never used before phone? Or brand new to you phone, but was used previously?
I'd suggest returning that puppy as it shouldn't present such typing issues if it's brand new.

Letters such as F,J,N, and the caps key do not work very well (if at all). You try to click the letter and it chooses the letters to the left or right (or even both at the same time. Very strange. I believe the screen is damage. I just got the phone today and its brand new.
Which letters exactly? Very important info... 789uiojkl is easy, others not so much
