iPhone 6s update failure

I have tried unsuccessfully to update my iPhone 6s through iTunes, but worse enough, its not working anymore, my phone went off and whenever i try to connect to my macbook pro and update, it shows error 53 alert. Can i please be assisted?

iPhone 6s, iOS 9
