FaceTime video not working

I have successfully made a FaceTime group call but I can’t see the other group members and they can’t see me, but they can see each other. My video works if it’s a 1to1 FaceTime call.

I have tried all the settings I can think of. In the privacy setting it doesn’t say that the camera app has been requested by FaceTime, unlike Zoom. Can anyone help solve my problem?
