Ipad disabled

I have forget the last id have been entered in my ipad i thrown my box n i dont have any ipad invoice or box how can i use my device can you help me to get out of this problem

You apparently were unaware that if you erased your iPad without signing out of iCloud first, then activation lock would be turned on (see Turn off Activation Lock https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201441).


 We are are not authorized to turn activation lock off. Thus, we will not be able to do anything for you except to mention that Apple Support may be willing to help you if you have an extenuating circumstance (of course you don't have a receipt for your iPad with its serial number on it). So, if you think you have an extenuating circumstance, you can contact Apple support for help with your problem using these options:
