Does iCloud for Windows sync new pictures to my iCloud folders when I take them?

Hi Guys

I'm currently syncing using the latest version of iCloud for Windows.

My question is will it sync NEW pictures to my iCloud folders when I take them?

I elected to "Download All" pictures when i set it up.

Will new pictures, or changes to pictures (e.g. extracting "bursts") start to sync eventually?

please let me know.

Many thanks in advance!

See the following from: Set up and use iCloud Photos on your Windows PC - Apple Support

iCloud Photos uploads new photos and videos from your Windows PC so you can view them in the Photos app on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac, and on iCloud.com. New photos that you take automatically download from iCloud Photos and you can choose to download your entire collection by year.
