If I live in a country that doesn't have an Apple store or AT&T, can I buy iPhone from here with a monthly payment from AT&T and deliver it to someone in the USA who will send it to me and I use this iPhone in my country (Alexandria, Egypt)?

And if ok what will be the difference between when I buy iPhone from Apple without a monthly subscription and when I buy it with a monthly subscription from AT&T ?
