I had lost Macintosh HD & can’t open Mac OS x base system

Help! I accidentally restored Macintosh HD to OS X Base System. Didn't know that would cause issues... I can only open my laptop through the Command+R thing with macOS Installer But it has a error !please somebody help me. It is MacBook Pro 2011

I can only open my laptop through the Command+R thing with macOS Installer. I was just trying to delete everything and start my Macbook fresh. I tried to re-install OS X Sierra, and it keeps failing. When I go to disk utility under internal, there's no Macintosh HD there's only OS X Base System. Tried to ask Apple Support for help and they first told me to try first aid and that failed.

Unable to re-install macOS - stuck on macOS Utilities I tried to reset my MacBook Pro back to factory settings last night and accidentally deleted the Macintosh HD disk drive. When rebooting the computer, All that shows up is the Mac utilities page and when I try to re-install macOS, it tells me it’s unable to because there’s nothing left for it to download to. All that’s left on the disk utility page is “OS X Base system” and it’s locked. How do I fix this issue?

I accidentally erased my Macintosh HD I was given my old work MacBook Pro 2012 but I had to erase and start fresh, I followed the instructions but somehow I am left with OS X Base System and when I try to install MacOS I receive this error message.

Hi,

Try Option+Command+R or Shift+Option+Command+R instead of Command+R to install macOS.

Or if you have another Mac, create bootable USB installer and install from that.
