iPhone 9/SE 2
I’ve seen people on the internet say that the new iPhone 9/SE 2 does not have features for Animoji or Memoji. Is this true?

That is correct.

The iPhone SE with the less capable Camera does not support the animated Animojis or Memojis. You can however use the Memoji sticker packs, and use a personalized Memoji sticker pack.
