Hi, is there is a way to connect a USB-C Digital AV Multiport to an iPad 7? (Lightning port)

No.

But there is a Lightning Digital Av adapter to connect the iPad to a display if that's what you want, and a USB Lightning adapter for drives and other USB devices.
