microphone issue
My mic doesn't work! Everytime I try to record something (video or audio) and also in phone call, I can't speak and even hear my interlocutore. It isn't possible to press "speaker" too.

Than you may have a hardware issue. Have you restored the device using iTunes and tested again?

This updates the iOS to the latest version to isolate the issue to either software or harware.
Be sure to backup your phone before you do this.
