After upgrade to Catalina OS my USB Logistic mouse no longer working, I got to power off couple time or restart it starts working again.

1) this is the help part of the forum, to provide user tips you need to be level 5 and above in Apple Support Communities
2) I don’t know why people say it is a “mistake” to upgrade to Catalina. Catalina looked and worked better for me than Mojave. (Unless you use 32-bit apps)
Catalina support to be better but some basic functional such as usb mouse Logistic that does not work correctly the is so Bad! I tried to power off and reboot couple time it works but not really work as perform moving of the cursor is really bad.
