Don't see Catalina update for Mac OX X El Capitan on my iMac. Any advise how I can upgrade my iMac to Catalina?

Please locate the Mojave installer and move it to the Trash and then empty the Trash and re-attempt.
If that does not work, please restart in Safe Mode and try the update while in Safe Mode.
Look in the Mac App Store, this assume you have an iMac that will run Catalina. Do you?
Just a reminder that any 32 bit apps you may currently have will no longer work after upgrading to Catalina. So, I would recommending checking to see if you have any 32 bit apps first.
I do meet the requirement. The only thing that shows is the Mojave update but that is showing as damaged. I didn't like Mojave so I wanted to wait for the new one. Is there a way to download it online?
