Unable to transfer music from iTunes to new iPhone XS

iTunes says it is syncing but nothing gets transferred over. How do I get my music library transferred from iTunes to my new iPhoneXS?!

Although it its geared fro a Mac, perhaps this article will help:

If you see error -5000, -69, 13010, or 13014 when you sync music from your Mac - Apple Support
