My Apple TV 3rd gen is not loading. When I turn on or wake, it will show back screen with the Apple and nothing additional happens. I have tried to unplug, hit menu for restart, but nothing seems to help.

I have even tried to connect to my computer and it does not show device. Is there anything else that can be done to get it work?

If you have a computer with iTunes: Restore your Apple TV through iTunes - Apple Support

Note the details about powering, and the specs of the USB cable, and the order of the steps.

If you have a Mac with macOS Catalina 10.15 (no iTunes), then it is almost the same, except the device will show up in the sidebar of a Finder window instead of the iTunes application.
