Files App Error Message

Hi!

Every time I long press in a folder in the Files app (to add a folder for example) I’m greeted by this message: ‘Cannot load representation of type com.apple.Document-Manager.uti.FPItem.File’

I have tried restarting the IPad. Deleting and reinstalling the app. Deleting, restarting, reinstalling the app. To no avail.

I really need some assistance!

I am also having this issue multiple times now. For me it happens when I am copying files from SCDard onto local disk in the Files application.

I contacted Apple Support but was just told to wipe and restore. I am doing this again now for the second time which wastes an entire day of productivity restoring a 512GB ipad.
