I am having trouble syncing my itunes and computer music library to my Iphone Xr.. can someone help.

iTunes syncing Hey! So recently I reinstalled windows 10 and in order to place music on my iPhone 8 it had to sync the library which deleted 1800 music from my phone, and im all about music so i didnt like that. I havent found the way to sync my phones library to the PC iTunes library and make it work. Is there anything im douing wrong or is there a way to overcome this problem so it wont happen again or i just have to buy a usb stick to collect my music there? Thank you for the help!

If you are following the instructions in here and they are not working, post back with more details. Let us know what happens when you try to sync.
