Group FaceTime no images

all I get with Group FaceTime is circles with initials in them

iPhone 6, iOS 12

You need an iPhone 6s or later in order for the video to work. If you have an older phone then it only works with audio.

Same with the filters, which only work with iPhone 7 and later:
