What exactly happened to your iPhone?
If you Still have it, Transfer Everything Over:
If you still have this old iPhone, and are looking to transfer it to your new phone, see if you can restore it. Go here: Use iTunes or Finder to Transfer Data from your Previous iOS device to your new iPhone - Apple Support.
If you are Looking to Rid of it:
Perform what is here, once all is restored: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone - Apple Support
If you No Longer Have it, Check iCloud:
If everything was syncing with iCloud, then Bookmarks, Photos, and lots of other items would be obtainable from iCloud. So, go here to recover these: Recover Deleted Files on iCloud.com - Apple Support.
But, just know if they are deleted from iCloud, then they are deleted and are gone. That's just the way it is :(
