Securiyt & Privacy - Screen Recording
How do I add a new application in the blank row under Security & Privacy > Screen Recording? Specifically VMware Fusion in this case?
As far as I can tell the app has to try to access the camera and you'll be asked to approve it. It then gets listed in that preference pane where you can click on the checkbox for it after unlocking the preference pane:
I believe the three I have there were automatically added and checked when I first accepted them.
