Disabled Account

My account has been disabled in the App Store and ITunes and when I try to put in my credit card info it won’t keep the card info...I NEED HELP!!

Contact Apple Support, as per this support article:--> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
