What This message:An update is required to use cellular data on this iPhone?
Open Settings ➔ General ➔ About and once you tap on About then you should see a popup prompt for a Carrier Update. Follow the prompts and complete the update. Make sure that you have a valid and a working SIM card in your iPhone for this to work.
