Apple Music is $9.99 in the US. To cancel it (or another subscription) see: See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


If the charge is not in your subscriptions, another possibility is that it is for an iCloud storage upgrade from the free 5GB to the 50GB plan which is 99¢ in the US. See: Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support
